GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
Please note that a review fee is mandatory for all abstract submissions. This fee covers the evaluation process conducted by the Gastroenterology Conference Organizing Committee. Once the review fee is paid, your abstract will be assessed, and upon acceptance, you will receive your official acceptance letter.
Language
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Authors
The content of each abstract is the sole responsibility of the author(s)
Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, without editing.
The presenting author must be clearly identified at submission and will serve as the primary contact for all correspondence.
Full names, surnames, and institutional affiliations (with positions) of all co-authors must be included.
Length
Scientific Submissions: maximum 2200 characters
Educational Posters: maximum 1500 characters
Case Reports: maximum 1000 characters
Title
Each abstract must have a short, specific title (without abbreviations).
Titles should clearly reflect the nature of the work and ideally provide insight into the conclusion.
Content Structure
A well-prepared abstract typically includes the following sections:
Background/Objectives
Brief introduction with context (1–2 sentences).
Clearly state the objectives of the investigation.
Design and Methods
Describe the methodology, number of subjects, and scientific approach used.
Results
Present relevant data supporting your findings.
Tables and figures (with clear captions) may be included.
Conclusions
Summarize the key findings.
Indicate implications, significance, and potential areas for future research.
