Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and
Poster presenters): 
1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster
presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing
Committee and Editorial Board Members, but this will only happen once the
review fee has been paid.
3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully
reviewed and accepted, (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an
Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration
process for the event.

Visa Invitation Letter Processing Fee (Mandatory for
International Participants)
All participants traveling from outside the UAE are required
to pay a Visa Invitation Letter Processing Fee. This fee covers the preparation
and issuance of an official Visa Invitation Letter, which includes:
 - Your
     full name as per passport
- Passport
     number and nationality
- Conference
     details and confirmation of participation
- Signature
     and seal from the organizing committee
This document is essential for your visa application and
helps demonstrate the purpose of your travel to UAE immigration authorities.

DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee:
1. DTCM Permit Fee: This is a mandatory fee for
international participants attending the conference. The fee covers the cost of
processing the DTCM permit, which helps smooth out the immigration
application process when entering the UAE.
2. Purpose: The DTCM permit ensures that you
can enter the UAE without any immigration issues, facilitating your attendance
at the conference.
3. DTCM Application: The event organizers will handle
the application process for you, meaning you don't have to worry about applying
for the permit yourself.

Abstract Publication with DOI – Mandatory Fee

All accepted abstracts from speakers and poster presenters must pay a DOI publication fee to be officially published and indexed.
Publication Process
1. After abstract acceptance, the DOI fee must be paid to initiate publication.
2. Abstracts will be published with a unique DOI in our partner international journals.
3. Publication begins only after payment confirmation.
What is a DOI?
A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a permanent, citable link that ensures your abstract is:

🎓 Student Registration
Fee (Student ID Required)
Students attending the conference are eligible for a discounted
registration fee. To qualify, participants must provide a valid
student ID card during registration.
 - Student
     ID verification is mandatory for both registration
     and on-site entry.
- The ID
     must clearly show your full name, institution name,
     and validity date.
- Failure
     to present a valid student ID may result in cancellation of the
     student rate and require payment of the full registration fee.

🔁 Refund and
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following terms regarding cancellations and
changes to your registration:
 - Registration
     fees are strictly non-refundable.
 Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any
     circumstances.
- If you
     are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative
     options:
1.     Transfer
your registration to the next edition of the conference.
2.     Convert
your participation to virtual (online) attendance for
the current event.
